Abstract: |
Fieldwork mitigation in advance of a proposed housing development discovered two areas of archaeology. A concentration of pits and a possible ditch at the eastern end, and a double ditch line visible as a cropmark at the west end. Isolated pits also occurred between the two areas. All features were attributed a prehistoric date on the basis of morphology and associated finds (Late Neolithic/Bronze Age). [Au(abr)] |
