| Abstract: |
An evaluation was undertaken in conjunction with geotechnical investigations on a site proposed for the extension of an entrance to an existing school building. The proposed development are lay within the area protected as a Scheduled Ancient Monument (County Monument No. 115 - Lincoln Roman Colonia (Lindum)). The evaluation identified that modern material lay at a depth of around 1.2 metres with no evidence for any early features or structures in the trial area. [Au(adp)] |
