The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The archaeological watching brief was undertaken on the site of the former Poole Pottery. The site was located on a supposed medieval/post-medieval deposit of oyster shell known as the 'Oyster Bank'. While some scattered oyster shell was found during the course of the excavation, no evidence for the location of the Oyster Bank was identified. However, evidence for both 19th and pre-19th century shorelines was observed. [Au(abr)]
