Abstract: |
Three evaluation trenches were excavated on the proposed road widening site. Traces of part of the Fosse Way were found in all three trenches. The road sealed a prehistoric plough soil, which itself sealed Neolithic/ Early Bronze Age pits, post holes and finds. [Au(abr)] |
