Abstract: |
Desk-based assessment of the site of a hospital proposed for a business park redevelopment was undertaken. The proposed development site was adjacent to the 16th century Stoke House, which was remodelled extensively in the 18th century. No archaeological features were recorded on the site earlier than those relating to the gardens and other structures of Stoke House. [AIP] |
