Abstract: |
A desk based assessment of a proposed development site which lay wthin the precincts of a medieval friary, and was crossed by the main tributary of the Walbrook Stream, was undertaken. Foundations of the friary buildings had been excavated 50m to the south; Roman features and medieval pits were also found during the excavations. It was concluded that an evaluation should be carried out. [AIP] |
