Abstract: |
The evaluation found extensive evidence of truncations, disturbance and levelling, in many places removing all or most of the 'original' soil profile. Made ground, frequently with abundant brick and tile fragments was found over most of the site. A small number of pits and post holes were recorded which dated to the late post-medieval period and were thought to relate to previous boundaries and outbuildings. [Au(abr)] |
