Abstract: |
Archaeological observation of trenches for new storm drains revealed a stone wall to the north of the church which probably belonged to one of the Knights Templar preceptory buildings, along with a stamped rim sherd from a 15th/16th century cistern or jar and a fragment of medieval window glass. A post-medieval brick wall was also uncovered. [Au(abr)] |
