Abstract: |
The main interest on this site was represented by the former alignment of the boundary between the ancient parishes of Pinhoe and Heavitree. Ditches containing archaeological and palaeoenvironmental material may have been preserved below ground. The watercourse at the southern boundary of the site may also have provided evidence of past land-use and/or dating evidence. No settlement on the site was identified; however, struck flint was retrieved from the site. No SAMs or Listed Buildings were located with the proposed development site. [Au(abr)] |
