Abstract:		 As a result of an archaeological condition on the planning permission for barn conversions and redevelopment, the Heritage Network was commissioned to provide a record of the listed barns on the site, and to monitor the groundworks associated with the development. A photographic and drawn record of the South and West barns was made, and all ground disturbance was monitored to ensure that all archaeological features and deposits were adequately recorded. The fieldwork demonstrated intensive use of the farmyard area from at least the 17th century and a number of features associated with the activity of the farm were recorded. [Au(abr)]
