Abstract: |
Observations were maintained during re-surfacing and groundworks associated with the re-design of the West Central car park, an area of backland and 19th century alleys situated over the postulated line of the towns medieval inner defensive earthworks. Post medieval building rubble and a cellar of relatively recent date were the only archaeological features encountered. [AIP] |
