Abstract: |
An evaluation in advance of housing development revealed medieval features near to known remains within the village. A trackway and two ditches were found which dated from before the 14th century, whilst a stone surface near the track could not be dated. The evidence suggested this area was on the fringe of the main settlement. [AIP] |
