Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken following the submission of a planning application for development. Deposits comprising pits, post holes, scoops and a quarry pit of medieval date were found in four of the five evaluation trenches. One sherd of Roman and some sherds of Saxon pottery suggested additional activity in the area. [Au(adp)] |
