Abstract:
The assessment was carried out in advance of the proposed re-powering of the Ovenden Moor wind farm. Although at least 35 previously recorded archaeological sites/historic buildings were identified in the vicinity of the site, no archaeological remains were identified within the study area. However, the archaeology surrounding the site suggested that there was significant potential for archaeology within the study area dating from the Mesolithic to post-medieval period. [Au(adp)]
