Abstract:
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in advance of a proposed development. The area was rich in archaeological remains with a complex sequence of cropmarks to the south-west and a medieval farm complex to the west. No archaeological deposits were located and only a small number of unstratified finds were recovered including a worked flint and single sherd of Roman pottery. [Au(abr)]
