Abstract:
The excavation was carried out to provide a geotechnical appraisal of the site. The archaeological watching brief uncovered the existing foundation of the church and recovered a small quantity of disarticulated human bone. The May Vault was opened to assess its condition. The vault was typical of mid 1800s construction. [Au(adp)]
