Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief was carried out during topsoil-stripping on the Cumbria section of a pipeline from Grangemouth (Central Region, Scotland) to Stanlow (Cheshire). The work, undertaken during 1991 and 1992, identified a few archaeological sites requiring further investigation; these included the post-Roman settlement at Fremington and the Low Borrowbridge Roman cemetery. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
