Abstract: |
An evaluation was undertaken in response to proposed housing development, close to a known Roman settlement and the site of a post-medieval Martello tower lost to coastal erosion. A few small ditches were recovered as well as some Roman pottery, indicating a low density of occupation during the Roman period. [AIP] |
