Abstract:
Machine excavation of a pipe trench uncovered portions of five human burials. They were oriented east-west, and were presumed to have been part of a cemetery associated with the adjacent site of the medieval Franciscan Friary. Examination of the skeletons revealed that there were two adult males and two or three juveniles. [Au(abr)]
