Abstract: |
<summary>The first phase of an evaluation of the route of the Salisbury Eastern By-Pass identified the presence of apparently significant quantities of worked and burnt flint in the Burroughs Hill area. Geophysical anomalies suggested the presence of features in roughly the same areas. The pottery and ceramic building material seemed to be mostly of post-medieval and modern date.
