Abstract: |
The record search and rapid field scan revealed 16 sites of archaeological interest, eight of which required more detailed documentary study prior to road construction. Trial trenching of 'green field' areas was recommended, as was a watching brief during topsoil stripping in view of the high archaeological potential of the study area. [Au(abr)] |
