Abstract: |
Fieldwalking was carried out over the ploughed fields between the Transco pipeline Area H excavation and the edge of the Roman small town at Chesterton Camp. Only a very few fragments of Romano-British pottery and tile were recovered. These results were, however, somewhat inconclusive, as very little material also came from around the backfilled Area H excavation. [Au] |
