Abstract: |
An extensive feature, thought to be a hollow or less likely a quarry, was identified at the site. Small quantities of medieval pottery, residual worked flint, tile and oyster shell were all present in this feature. The presence of prehistoric flint and pottery suggested activity from this time. The nature of development meant that the feature could be preserved in situ. [Au(adp)] |
