Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief, undertaken during the excavation of an electricity cable trench immediately adjacent to the boundary of Whitecross Manor, revealed a series of dumps incorporating concentrations of rubblestone, Welsh slate, and large quantities of post-medieval bottle-glass and pottery of late 17th/18th century date. Deposits of subsoil within the section nearer the wall were interpreted as representing a ditch. {italon}AIP{italoff} {italon}SMR Primary Record Numbers:{italoff} GLOS5137, 5656 |
