Abstract: |
An evaluation of a section of earth trackway prior to the construction of a new hard surfaced track revealed a number of archaeological features although heavy rainfall during the evaluation caused colluvial inundation along the length of the trench obscuring features that were seen during machine excavation which could not subsequently be located. Seven archaeological features were evaluated in detail; six of these produced artefacts of Early to Late Bronze Age date. [Au] |
