Abstract: |
Available evidence indicated that for the Roman period the area from Week Street to Havock Lane was of high potential, and for the medieval period the Week Street - Earl Street frontage with associated back lands was potentially important. Within the Whitbread Fremlin Distribution Depot Victorian and more recent development had destroyed any archaeological potential. [AIP] |
