Abstract: |
<summary>Evaluation in advance of development related to the extension of the Jubilee Line revealed several periods of archaeology. Roman deposits, including a fragment of clay and timber foundation, were discovered. Above this, the chalk foundation walls of a large, late medieval building were exposed. Later walls and floors were also found. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
