Abstract: |
Archaeological monitoring was required during the installation of a new service drain and sewage disposal plant in order to comply with conditions attached to the Scheduled Monument Consent. Linstead Hall is Listed Grade II and the earthworks in which it stands are a Scheduled Ancient Monument. No archaeological features or deposits were identified within the Scheduled area, and no pre-18th century artefacts were recovered. [Au(adp)] |
