Abstract:
As part of the desk-based assessment an aerial photographic survey and site visit identified a number of likely archaeological sites; although the exact nature of the sites was impossible to establish without further fieldwork. It was considered possible that the undated cropmarks might represent evidence of prehistoric or Roman settlement. [Au(abr)]
