Abstract:		 The evaluation was undertaken in advance of the proposed development of the site. All five trenches revealed archaeological deposits of medieval (11th-12th century) date. Trenches 1, 2, 3 and 5 contained medieval pits and post holes, trench 4 contained a series of medieval floor layers and post-medieval garden features. [Au(adp)]
