Abstract: |
The site was believed to have been first developed in the 1960s. Previous land use and development was likely to have had a severe archaeological impact. Across 80% of the site area any archaeological deposits which may have been present would have been removed. In view of the sites low archaeological potential, and the impact of previous land use and development, it was considered highly unlikely that the proposed development would have any significant archaeological impact.
