Abstract: |
Prior work on the site revealed that the site had previously yielded evidence of prehistoric, Romano-British and Saxon periods. The excavation, which consisted of a topographic survey, excavation and watching brief, revealed evidence of a medieval moat, which was abandoned in the 16th century. [AIP] |
