Abstract: |
Two trial trenches were excavated on low-lying land close to the north bank of the River Tas. No archaeological features were encountered apart from a rectilinear series of post-medieval drains. A thick blanket of black peat recorded in the eastern trench could not be dated. No artefacts of any archaeological importance were found. [Au] |
