Abstract: |
The drilling of five boreholes was observed. Thick relatively modern dumps were observed overlying silt deposits. The character of the underlyin clay was thought to slope downwards from south to north and may have lain astride the King's Fishpool, known from documentary sources. [Au(abr)] |
