Abstract: |
Two test pits produced mainly 18th century finds, plus a few residual sherds of medieval pot over a sterile subsoil. One find of note, albeit a fairly modern layer, was an apparently complete millstone some 0.86m in diameter. It was suggested that there was no need for any further archaeological measure in relation to the proposed development. [Au(abr)] |
