Abstract:
Field boundaries were located in the trenches, probably of those fields that had been amalgamated into the larger field in which the site was located. A probable medieval ditch was noted, and was thought to be a property boundary. Much of the site had been disturbed by the burial of stock associated with the farm. [Au(abr)]
