Abstract: |
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on pipe-laying into roadside narrow trenches through the core of the medieval village and close to a known Roman site. Eight areas were investigated revealing only two medieval pottery sherds, and post-medieval claypipe, pottery, brick and tile fragments. [AIP] |
