Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	An archaeological evaluation was undertaken across the site in order to fulfil a condition upon planning consent for the redevelopment of the site. Three trial trenches, 10m by 2m and 2 x 10m by 4m, were excavated however no archaeological strata was revealed in any trench. It was recommended that no further archaeological interventions would be neccessary. [Au(adp)]
