Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief during the construction of a water-main recorded an overall low level of archaeological deposits and finds. The main area of interest was that part of the route running close to Berne Farm, the site of a former manor house, where possible low earthworks were detected. Elsewhere, few archaeological deposits were affected by the construction of the pipeline. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
