Abstract: |
An archaeological excavation was carried out on a medieval salt making site. Five gullies, channels or ditches were identified, along with two pits and a pond, all of 13th century date. A mound identified in an earlier evaluation was reinterpreted as an river bank of an extinct river course. [Au(abr)] |
