Abstract:		 Geophysical survey detected both known and unknown archaeological remains in the area. Four areas were surveyed by magnetometer, one of which rediscovered an area of known but "lost" industrial activity. Other isolated ferrous anomalies were also recorded. It was suggested that magnetic techniques could have an important role in woodland survey. [Au(adp)]
