Abstract: |
Monitoring of the small foundation excavations revealed some evidence of archaeological activity in the form of a probable posthole and a large pit. Both were undated. Several areas of modern disturbance were noted also. A small quantity of Romano-British greyware pottery, dating from the mid3rd to 4th centuries AD was also recovered from an area to the north.
