Abstract: |
The location of features within the spotlight excavations correlated very well with the funerary monuments shown on the 1949 burial survey. Three vaults were encountered, all of which were depicted on the burial plan in Trenches 1 and 2, along with disarticulated bone. Worked stone possibly from the foundations of an earlier church were also observed in Trench 3.[Au(abr)] |
