Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief encountered a spread of material perhaps representing a medieval trampled yard surface. Below this, in the area of the footing trenches a small feature was partially revealed within the narrow trench and may represent a small pit, or section of a ditch. As part of the requirements of the watching brief a building record was made of fabric exposed to the rear (south) of the property after the removal of a modern extension. [Au(abr)] |
