Abstract: |
Although Sevenoaks itself dated back to the Saxo-Norman period, the site in question appeared to possess low archaeological potential, being utilised as farmland and then private grounds until the late 1800s. While the presence of archaeological evidence from the prehistoric period could not be totally dismissed, no such finds had been made in the vicinity of the site. [Au] |
