Abstract: |
<summary>This management plan brings together information on a large number of sites of all ages, not all of which have yet been dated. This plan covers the Lancashire and Greater Manchester areas of the River Douglas catchment area. It will enable the County Archaeological Curator to give relevant advice on the importance of sites and the appropriate mitigation works should they be threatened by development. Sometimes this will not be possible without a preliminary archaeological investigation. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea}{italon}SMR Primary Record Numbers:{italoff} 114 |
