Abstract:
The desk-based assessment was undertaken in advance of the proposed construction of four new detached houses with gardens. The site was thought to have a low archaeological potential for all past periods of human activity. Because of this low archaeological potential it was considered that the proposed development was unlikely to have any archaeological impact. For this reason no further archaeological mitigation measures were recommended. [Au(adp)]
