Abstract:
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken on the redevelopment of the site. The results confirmed the conclusions of an evaluation in 1990 that archaeological survival was largely limited to negative features (pits) cut into the natural sand. Recording of a standing sections in the south-west corner nevertheless yielded useful information on deposition processes and archaeoflocial survival on the terraced gradient. [Au(abr)]
