Abstract:
Six trial trenches were excavated as an evaluation of the site. Five trenches located in the east of the site revealed no surviving archaeological remains. Trench 6, located in the west of the site, revealed a linear post-medieval tampered chalk foundation, a post-medieval pit, and the brick foundations of a late post-medieval building. [Au(abr)]
