Abstract:		 An archaeological evaluation and excavation were undertaken at the site. Ditches and gullies dating to the medieval period were identified towards the north end of the site. A post-medieval ditch and post holes, possibly associated with road activity, were identified in the centre of the site. Prehistoric finds were recovered from across the site and a prehistoric ditch and pit were also encountered. [Au(abr)]
